Remarks:
- Amount(s) are exclusive of any applicable tax.
- This Program/Promotion is applicable during the Applicable Period only.
- T2CPT amounts are expressed in absolute numbers in accordance with Distributor’s own sales and purchase records of applicable Supplies from the Distributor Web Shops during the Applicable Period.
- Amount of T2 Performance Bonus are expressed in absolute numbers, and the amount of T2 Performance Bonus offered under each tier are capped at the T2 Performance Bonus amount for that tier, regardless of the actual net purchases of applicable Supplies made by T2 from the Distributor Web Shops during the Applicable Period. E.g., If T2 Customers purchase MYR 3,999 of applicable Supplies from the Distributor Web Shops during the Applicable Period, then T2 Customers shall be accorded MYR 90 (Tier 1). If T2 Customers purchase MYR 7,999 of applicable Supplies from the Distributor Web Shops during the Applicable Period, then T2 Customers shall be accorded MYR 250 (Tier 2).
- If T2 Customers achieve the T2CPT for Tier 1 during the Applicable Period, such T2 Customers shall be accorded the corresponding T2 Performance Bonus for Tier 1 only. If T2 Customers achieve the T2CPT for Tier 2 during the Applicable Period, such T2 Customers shall be accorded the corresponding T2 Performance Bonus for Tier 2 only, and the T2 Performance Bonus for Tier 1 shall not apply nor be accorded to such T2 Customers.
- T2 Performance Bonus offered by Schneider Electric and available to qualified T2 Customers are strictly limited and are strictly only available to the numbers of T2 Customers for each tier.
