EXERLON POWER SDN. BHD. (“EXERLON") was incorporated in Malaysia under Companies Act, 2016 on 9TH MAY 2019 as a private limited company.
EXERLON is a company that setup for merging business activities between
ENCLOS SYSTEM ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES SDN BHD
AND
RPS AUTOMATION SDN BHD
With this merging, we able to strengthen our purchase power, penetrate to new markets, fulfil customer needs, capitalize on key personnel, gaining a new geographical area over Malaysia, and boost our finance power and corporate image.
When companies grow, they are able to benefit from economies of scale, meaning the cost to produce and distribute the same item reduces as the market share increases. Additionally, as business merge, overall revenues increase, making the end company much stronger financially to obtain credit, investors and strategic alliances.
